Right now, Docisfy works when your "Conversation View" in Gmail is ON.

👉 To turn the Conversation View on you should:

1. go to your Gmail account

2. click to the "Settings"

3. choose the "General" tab

4. enable "Conversation Mode"

To get detailed statistics about how your recipient interacted with your PDF documents, we need to convert it into trackable links. And when you send documents with Docsify it opens as web-page with their own URL.

So branding gives you an opportunity to customize that URL.

Standard (by default) - "present.docsify.net/.."
Brand - "yourcompanyname.docsify.net/..."
Corporate - "yourcompanyname.com/..."

4. If it’s content.docsify.net/….. That means that you custom domain for link and email tracking doesn't work.So you should re-check if you did everything from this guide

When the recipient performs any actions you receive real-time desktop push notifications. Moreover, if you missed those notifications, you get the messages from Docsify with the same information on your email.
