1. 👉 Try to reload Gmail/Gsuite page.

2. 👉 If the problem is still alive, open a new browser tab and type chrome://extensions into the address bar to check whether Docsify is installed and enabled.

3. 👉 If you still have a problem, contact us to support@docsify.net

Docsify logo is grey

It means that Docsify is disabled for this Gmail/Gsuite account.

To use Docsify with this Gmail/Gsuite account just click on this Grey Logo and enable Docsify.

Docsify doesn't work when "Conversation View" in Gmail is off

Right now, Docisfy works when your "Conversation View" in Gmail is ON.

👉 To turn the Conversation View on you should:

1. go to your Gmail account

2. click to the "Settings"

3. choose the "General" tab

4. enable "Conversation Mode"
