Docsify doesn't work when "Conversation View" in Gmail is off

Right now, Docisfy works when your "Conversation View" in Gmail is ON. To do it, go to Gmail Settings - General - Conversation Mode. In future, we're going to let you work with Docsify with ON and OFF mode. Still, have a problem, contact us on support@docsify.net

I see the crossed out tracking icons in the Sent Mail

If you see the crossed out tracking icon : It means that that email was sent without Docsify, and you won't get the statistics. Docsify isn't displayed in Gmail
